Every show I've ever been part of was built by people who cared. Dancers rehearsing until midnight. Techs fixing what nobody saw break. A director who trusted the room. An audience that showed up. I do this because I love the room. The nerves before the lights. The second it clicks. And the people I get to do it with.

ABOUT
I SPENT MOST OF MY LIFE INSIDE THE SHOW.
I danced it. Rehearsed it. Watched ideas change in the room. Learned what happens backstage when something goes wrong. Watched audiences react.
Eventually I realized I wasn't only interested in being inside the show. I wanted to understand how the whole thing gets built.
That's what I'm doing now. Building shows. Building teams. Building cultural projects. Building the next version of myself.
And whenever possible, bringing other people into the room with me.
Credentials
Rico Reyez (Geraldo A. Reyes Rivas) is a Creative Director, Choreographer, Licensed Show Producer, and Entertainment Executive with 25 years in the performing arts and 15+ years in high-level international productions — cruise lines, film, television, and the music industry.
Currently completing a B.A. in Entertainment & Arts Business (in progress · Minors: Theater Production Design & Event Production) and certified in Arts Management by the DeVos Institute at the University of Maryland.
Film credits include Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights (Principal Dancer, Paramount Pictures). LED wall and lighting design for Darell — Heineken Festival, Miss Universe Puerto Rico, international tour across PR · DR · Chile · Colombia · Bolivia · USA.

CHOREOGRAPHER, CREATIVE DIRECTOR & EVENT PRODUCER IN PUERTO RICO.
Rico Reyez is a commercial choreographer, stage director and licensed event producer based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, working with musical artists, brands, television networks and live event teams across the island and internationally. His work spans street jazz and commercial choreography, creative direction for concerts and music videos, casting of professional dance crews, and full show production — from concept to stage.
With more than 1,000 live performances and 15+ years in international productions — Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Holland America, Paramount Pictures (Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights), Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Bad Bunny, Gloria Trevi, Farruko and the NBA Halftime Show — he brings production leadership and local talent to projects filming or performing in Puerto Rico.
He also trains the next generation through the Emerge Mentorship program and Dance Experience masterclasses in San Juan. Available for choreography, show and event production, creative direction, casting, LED and visual design, and consulting — in Puerto Rico and worldwide.
